We are committed to providing children with an environment that is safe and nurturing, while also encouraging them to explore, interact and learn at a personalized learning pace. We believe that receiving tender, loving childcare and a leap in early education is more likely to give children an advantage to reach their full potential. A kid growing up in an enriched environment will have the best start in life.

The Learning Center (TLC) is a preschool education facility and more than just another daycare. Our philosophy is that a stimulating environment where a child feels safe and secure loved and cared for will increase his/her self-esteem, motivation for learning, and personal development.

Our school hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Monday through Friday. Classes and activities begin each day at 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm. They are supervised and designed to increase your child’s awareness of his/her peers, and of his/her environment, and to give him/her the foundation for academic development.
The children are grouped based both on their development as well as on their age to maximize their social, language, motor, and intellectual skills.
TLC is adequately equipped to develop your child physically, to offer him/her a manipulative experience, and to enforce your child’s imaginative and creative expression.
We offer a balance between quiet and active times, as well as between teacher-directed and student-initiated activities.
We also recognize the imperative and most important role of the family in the child’s development.
We encourage parent participation in meetings and discussions with the teacher and the Director to facilitate the child’s growth.

Different areas are integrated to make the child’s learning experience meaningful and fun.

The curriculum facilitates the development of the child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical aspects as a whole.
Our program enhances the daily experiences of children and meets their individual needs through a program that is creative, self-paced, and very educational.
We encourage parents to share in their child’s excitement for learning.
Our school provides many opportunities for parents to get involved at home and in the school. Parent’s interest in their child’s education will be one of the child’s main incentives to continue to learn and grow.

Our Child Care and Early Education program is available for infants ranging from 8 weeks to 1 year old. Our infant and transition rooms have a very warm, affectionate staff that will provide all the physical contact and stimulation necessary for your baby to develop all his/her senses appropriately.

Our nurturing program is designed to make the first transition away from home easy and natural for parents and children. You are invited to be part of this journey.
Trained, committed staff will carefully follow safety requirements & childcare standards. Parents should provide up-to-date documentation about health including immunization records, allergies, and physical exams.
Children are expected to attend school in neat and appropriate attire. The sick child policy will be strictly enforced.
Detailed reports will be kept. Parents are encouraged to read reports & maintain communication open with staff.

We are committed to attending to the academic, social, physical, and emotional needs of each child. Our educational program is designed to provide extended services for working parents and their children. We want to help develop and foster your child’s talents and skills and prepare him/her for a smooth transition from crib to school.

Speech, music, and reading are some of the daily activities incorporated into each baby’s routine during circle time as they provide great stimulation and excitement to the babies.
At this initial stage, babies follow their own routine; they sleep, play, are fed, and are changed according to their own time clock or as instructed by the parent(s).
Personalized care for infants in a warm, affectionate way that lets each child know that he/she is a special person, including the physical affection and cuddling that is so important at this stage of development.
We keep proper staff supervision over daily activities, making expectations clear and following through to see that they are met.
The daily schedule includes flexibility to meet the individual needs of the children. We provide at least 45 min. playground in the morning and afternoon. In case of inclement weather like rain, lightning, head advisories, and air quality alerts, we will be provided an alternate physical activity appropriate to the developmental age of the child.

Safe & nurturing environment

Caregivers are warm, and caring and enjoy their work while children explore actively using all of their senses. Children have access to various activities throughout the day. Exposure to different musical instruments like piano, classical music, and folklore. Very safe and clean environment. Toys are cleaned constantly and deep cleaned at least once a week.

Professional Staff

Highly qualified, bilingual staff with diverse cultural backgrounds. Caregivers understand how children develop, and receive regular training to improve their skills. Children with special needs receive the resources and support they deserve.
